Company Policy, Custom Orders & Shipping Information

Please read carefully and email me with any questions.

Gallery & Custom Orders:
To order as shown in the Gallery, simply email me with the name of the set or sets you would like to purchase. For custom sets, email me with as many details as you can about the beads you're interested in, i.e. number of beads in the set, style/shape, color preference, sizes, etc.  I will respond promptly with a price quote.

About Duplication:
The nature of flameworking dictates that in some cases, beads cannot be duplicated exactly. This is especially true of "organic" styles, beads that utilize metals or frit. Minor variations in size, shape or color are a normal part of the lampworking process and should be expected.

Payments:
I use PayPal for Invoicing, a PayPal account is not required. If you would like to open a PayPal account it cost you nothing, and you may use a Credit Card or Bank Card. Signing up for PayPal is easy, it takes two minutes. To get started, visit PayPal. For other Payment Options; such as money order or personal check please email me.

Shipping to USA or International Address
Your order is shipped USPS 1st Class Mail with Insurance to your USA address or Priority Mail for $7.00 upon request. Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment in most cases.  When I am out of town I can not ship within the 72 hour time frame.

International Buyers shipping fees are $15.00 up to four items; shipped Global Priority. I will ship "Air Mail Letter Post" upon request which is much less money but will take a bit longer to receive your order. Insurance is now available for International shipping.  I am offering Insurance coverage to International orders, (most countries are included) through UPIC - the choice should show up when checking out, very reasonable fee.  If you choose not to insure your package, I can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders can be arranged if needed, extra fee will be applied, email for details.

Gift Certificates:
Becklin Bead Designs gift certificates are available.

Certificate Returns & Refunds:

Items purchased with a gift certificate may be returned for store credit only. Change will be given as store credit toward your next purchase. Under $5. will be refunded through PayPal.

Returns & Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days of the date on your invoice. The item and a copy of your invoice must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will then be given store credit or a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be sent via PayPal within 24 hours of receipt of returned item's. If you did not pay with PayPal, your refund will be mailed within 48 hours. My Jewelry/Lampwork beads are 100% guaranteed. I thoroughly enjoy the creative process of Jewelry making. I want the new owners of my creations to love and enjoy them as much as I do making them for you!
